Every piece is carefully tailored, and before shipping, we send a final video of your completed dress for review. This gives you the opportunity to request minor adjustments before delivery.

Our team thoroughly checks all items before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged item, please email us immediately at info@dressinmabel.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We kindly ask that you read through the following policies before placing your order to ensure a smooth experience.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any item shipped in good condition and in the correct size selected at checkout.

To avoid sizing issues, we recommend:

  • Carefully review the size chart and item details before ordering.

  • Book our Virtual Measurement Session ($15), where we guide you through taking accurate measurements via video call. We guarantee a proper fit with this service.

⚠️ CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Returns are only considered under specific circumstances:

  1. Items bought on sale are not refundable or exchangeable.

  2. Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable. We involve you throughout the process and send detailed videos before shipping. If you’re unhappy with the final look, please let us know before the item is shipped.

  3. Return timelines: Items approved for return must be shipped back within 1–2 working days of delivery, using a reliable courier service with proper tracking.

  4. Return inspection: Returned items must be in original condition. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the item has been inspected and confirmed to be undamaged.

🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via DHL Express and typically arrive within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. We offer worldwide shipping.

Please note:

  1. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  2. Custom/duty charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country’s border agency.

  3. Ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not liable for items lost due to incorrect addresses.

  4. Once an item is shipped, it cannot be redirected. If it can, additional charges may apply.

  5. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  6. If a delivery attempt fails and the item is returned to us, you will be required to pay a new shipping fee for re-delivery.

  7. To help reduce your customs duties, we may declare a lower item value on your shipping label.

  8. You will receive a tracking number once your item is shipped.

  9. Shipping fees vary by item weight.

  10. If your item is lost in transit or undelivered, we will handle the issue and reship the item at no cost to you.

  11. Fast-tracked shipping is available at an extra fee.

  12. If your item is stuck in customs or delayed, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.

⏳ PROCESSING TIME

Each piece is made to order. Production time varies depending on the style:

  • Simple dresses: 2–10 working days

  • Embellished or custom designs: Up to 20 working days

If you need your dress sooner, expedited production is available at an additional cost. Please contact us before placing your order.
